Where's Frosty?

Some families play who can find the pickle?  In our family it's who can find the Frosty?  We have a little plush frosty the snowman ornament who has a scarf that won't stay on.  For some strange reason, the rest of my family enjoys moving poor little Frosty and taking his scarf and putting somewhere else in the tree.  I, being the good kindhearted soul that I am, took it upon myself to return Frosty's scarf to him whenever I found it.  However, I would come back an hour later to discover that Frosty and his scarf had yet again been separated and relocated.  One night I told told my mother how annoying this pattern was.  She said that now that I had told her that she would move poor helpless Frosty in the middle of the night.  Despite my begging, when I came down the next morning I found Frosty had been moved and his scarf taken from him.  Thankfully we are taking down the tree today so poor little plush Frosty may once again rest in peace with his scarf.  But let it be known that I fully expect to open the box of ornaments next year and find Frosty in a completely different place.  Stupid elves.

Happy Holidays!

Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!  I wish everyone a very merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah, anything else I might have missed!  After all, we do have a lot to celebrate about!  What is that, you ask?  The Human Race survived another full year!  We didn't die from global warming, alien invasion, the end of the world, or anything else!  So, celebrate the joy of being alive, being with family and friends.  Happy Holidays and a happy New Year to all, and to all, a good night!
